but this Belleville natives favourite one is Mom. This is a role that is equally fulfilling as it is hard work. With 6 children at home (5 of them are boys!!) and 2 angel babies watching over her she strives to be the best mom and role model she can be for them.

With all those babies you bet she had a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner supporting her. The support she received from her own  HRP throughout her pregnancies, labours, births and postpartum, along with her innate passion to support and hold space for others are what inspired Sarah to restart her career by taking the Holistic Reproductive Practitioner course starting in 2018. 

 

Sarah is always eager to learn and grow more both personally and professionally. In the summer of 2022 she upgraded her Reiki skills to become a certified Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki Master Teacher.  Becoming a Reiki Master Teacher was important to Sarah as Reiki has been so important in her healing and growth she wanted to share it with others by having the skills to teach Reiki. Upgrading to Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki Master was something that intrigued Sarah from the moment she heard about it. Since she was a little girl she has always wanted peace, love and harmony within the world.  Sarah is also currently studying and working on Registered Yoga Teacher Training 200hr course so keep an eye for group and private classes coming up soon.

When it comes to all things pregnancy and even loss her own varied experiences of home, hospital, still, preterm and post term, non-medicated and medicated births her approach is always unbiased and non-judgemental. She believes and values informed consent for her clients. It is important to Sarah that her clients feel empowered in their choices.​

Prior to becoming an HRP, Sarah owned and operated a small home Montessori philosophy based preschool for children aged 0-6 years old for 15 years, as an Early Childhood Educator with an International Montessori Teaching Diploma. The skills Sarah developed while working with children of all different abilities, backgrounds and family dynamics over the years has lead her to have a deeper understanding and connection with children who now come to her for healing. Sarah works with children at their level, ensuring they are a part of their own healing (explaining what she is doing during reflexology sessions or what they may feel during a Reiki session.)

As a survivor of domestic violence and domestic abuse Sarah is knowledgeable of local services available to help families, especially women and children. The experiences of abuse Sarah has had in her life is what fueled the fire for the By Your Side Birth Support program and her Healing & Thriving after abuse classes.

​

Sarah has spent years healing, learning and growing. She is ready to support you wherever you are on your journey. Whether it be fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, healing trauma new and/or old, needing self care and relaxation or just wanting to escape reality for an hour or two.

​

Sarah offers reflexology & Reiki to clients starting as young as newborns and full spectrum doula support including fertility and pregnancy & infant loss.
